Chris Paul Named West T-Mobile Rookie of the Month

nba.com: Chris Paul of the New Orleans/Oklahoma City Hornets today was named the Western Conference T-Mobile Rookie of the Month, respectively, for games played in November.

Paul, the fourth overall pick in the 2005 NBA Draft, leads all rookies in scoring, assists, steals and minutes, averaging 16.4 points, 6.8 assists, 2.0 steals and 36.7 minutes during November. Paul, the Hornets’ leader in scoring, assists, steals and minutes, ranks fifth in the NBA in steals and twelfth in assists overall.

Nov. 12 vs. Dallas: Shot 10-of-14 to record 26 points, while tallying five assists and three rebounds as the Mavericks defeated the Hornets 109-103.

Nov. 18 vs. Atlanta: Tallied 24 points, 17 rebounds, three blocks, two steals and one assist in a 98-91 win over the Clippers.

Nov. 23 vs. Minnesota: Tallied 21 points, nine rebounds and eight assists in a 84-80 victory over the visiting Timberwolves.

He is the best player outta this draft. Bogut is a good talent but he is nothing special. Paul is just a superstar. I think Atlanta should have picked him because even if Marvin has more upside they have enaugh swing players with upside and Paul could have taken them to another level but coulda, woulda and shouda
