NyDailyNews:TALL FRYE: Channing Frye is not only one of the few bright spots for the Knicks this season, he's also one of the few players Isiah Thomas is reluctant to trade.
The Knicks' refusal to part with Frye is one of the main reasons it is unlikely that a deal for Denver power forward Kenyon Martin will come to fruition.
Frye was a featured player in last night's rookie-sophomore challenge won by the second-year pros, 106-96. The Knicks' rookie power forward finished with nine points and six rebounds, while teammate Nate Robinson scored 13. Philadelphia's Andre Iguodala led all scorers with 30 points.
