I say yes, but Dwight Howard should of also gotten more votes as well. I don't understand who does the voting because it doesn't look like a fan thing anymore. Shaq played how many games, avg how many pts this season and yet he gets a start? I find it very frustrating

This game is called the All-Star game. And while Shaq played like a star before, he has defeintly not played anywhere near an All-Star this year. When I think of the All-Star game I think of players that are great right now. Players like Lebron, Kobe, Wade..etc. Sure the All-Star game is for the fans but the players that deserve to be there should be. Shaq doesn't deserve to be there. He is just there because of pure popularity, and his achievements in his career.

That's why I think fans shouldn't vote. Everybody should be voted over Shaq. It gets me soo pissed to see Shaq in it after playing just 6 games!

I agree with Force, the ASG is more of a popularity contest than anything else. Most fans vote based on name recognition. Curry has yet to become an household name so mostly its just Knicks fans that voted for him. But he definitely deserved more votes than Shaq!

I cant stand popularity over talent. Shaq is popular but is nothing compared to Curry this year. It should of been Dwight Howard as a starter and Curry as a backup.

Shaq only played 5 games before the All-Star game, of course Curry should've gotten it over Shaq, and Dwight should have started over him. The All-Star Voting was a joke, Chris Mihm from the Lakers got more votes than half the Western Centers, and hasn't played a game all year.
