Brown To Golden State?

Brown To Golden State?

Postby ClubKnicks on Mon Apr 17, 2006 5:05 pm

Real GM:NY Daily News - The Knicks elected to take out an insurance policy on Larry Brown's contract last summer to protect the club in the event that Brown is forced to resign for medical reasons, a league source told the Daily News.

The language in the contract does not preclude Brown from taking another NBA or college job.

If the Knicks and Brown decide to part ways, one plausible scenario would be Brown replacing Mike Montgomery with Golden State. Brown and the Warriors' owner, Christopher Cohan, are friends who both live in East Hampton during the summer

The saga continues...... :bang:

brown needs to get his butt down in Orlando

they have the perfect defense/halfcourt oriented personel down there. They don't have to go on the break to be effective like GS or NYK

that's teh ideal situation for him IMO

I can't see him leave this team yet. He needs to give it another shot and prove the critics that he can turn this team into winners.

They need to start trading all these overpaid prima-donnas for some solid blue collar players

even if it means getting lower value for what you have
