WOW knicks trade an expiring contract of their only defensive big man and sign another swing player with a larger contract. questionable move IMO

Real GM:ESPN - ESPN's Steven A. Smith is reporting that the Raptors have traded Guard-Foward Jalen Rose and a Pick to the Knicks for Foward-Center Antonio Davis. Rose has been rumored to New York for almost two Years now; it almost came to fruition last Year when Vince Carter was on the move.

It is in all likelihood that the Pick will be the Denver one acquired in the Raptor-Nets trade last Year. Rose has Career averages of 12 PPG, 3 RPG, and 2.5 APG. He's capable of playing PG, SG, and SF. Davis has Career averages of 5 PPG, and 5 RPG, and is a hard-nosed Frontcourt Player capable of playing PF and C

I dunno what to think.
Watching the Knicks roster and their coach, they should be at least 5 games above 0.500. They are underachieving.

Well I think LB should go with this lineup since the following players seem to be effective when on the court.

C-Curry
PF-Frye
SF-J.Rose
SG-Woods
PG-Marbury

With Crawford,Nate,Taylor,Butler,Lee, on the bench. That should be a nice 8-10 man rotation. Malik Rose & Hardaway can remain on the inactive list especially Malik Rose.

I think we got the better end of the deal. That 1st round pick, though its late, is big.
